Rachel is a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  She is a speaker and author on a variety of aviation, aerospace and business topics. Among her awards are the Federal Bar Association Distinguished Service award, an English Speaking Union Fellowship, and the Harmsworth Award from the Inns of Court, London.
